Responsibilities
  • Greets customers in a pleasant and professional manner
  • Promptly and efficiently answer multi-line switchboard and direct consumer to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner
  • Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
  • Perform any other special duties as requested by Manager
  • Regular attendance consistent with attendance policy
  • Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Team player focused on providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
  • 18 years of age or older required
