About this Position:
The BDC Call Center Representative - Sales, is responsible for actively managing customer service outreach, inbound phone calls, and customer retention.

About this Position:
The BDC Call Center Representative - Sales, is responsible for actively managing customer service outreach, inbound phone calls, and customer retention.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead Generation - Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquires to generate new business leads
- Customer Interaction - Responding to customer inquiries, providing information about vehicles and services, and addressing any concerns
- Appointment Setting - Scheduling appointments for potential customers with the Sales or Service Departments
- Follow Up - Following up with customers after their visits to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions
- Data Management - Maintaining and updating customer information in the CRM System
- Customer Satisfaction - Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues
- Sales Support - Assisting the Sales Team by managing initial customer interactions and funneling leads to the appropriate department
- Administrative Tasks - Providing administrative support, such as handling correspondence, sales promotions and service notifications
- Collaborates with Sales Team and maintains positive working relationship
- Maintains dealership standards for response time
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Previous customer service experience required
- Knowledge of dealership products and services preferred
- Knowledge of automotive service operations preferred
- Prefer 1-3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
