About this Position:
The Sales Consultant is responsible for generating vehicle sales with our valued customers. Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and presenting, promoting, and selling new and used vehicles.
Responsibilities include:
- Establishes and builds strong rapport with customers in order to provide an enjoyable car buying experience
- Assists customers in selecting a vehicle that matches their needs
- Performs high-quality, professional vehicles demonstrations and delivery
- Presents customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience
- Ensures all customers understand the vehicle’s operating features, and warranty
- Ensures timely follow-up and communication with existing and prospective clients
- Continuously develops product and sales acumen to become a product/services vehicle expert
- Achieves strategic sales goals
- Ensures achievement of CSI/NPS targets
- Collaborates with sales team and maintains positive working relationships
- Stays current on required manufacturing training
Work Experience:
- Experienced in automotive sales or retail sales preferred
- Significant customer service experience
- Demonstrated effectiveness working with Dealer Management Systems and technologies (preference for Eleads & AutoAlert)
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Knowledge of insurance procedures
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
