Position Summary:We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Lease/Loan Portfolio Coordinator. This in office entry-level position is responsible for managing the dealership’s active lease and loan accounts, ensuring compliance with all lender requirements, maintaining customer satisfaction, and optimizing financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the dealership’s lease and loan portfolio, ensuring timely payments, renewals, and contract compliance.
- Monitor account performance, delinquencies, and collections while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients with finance-related inquiries, providing white-glove service and solutions.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and accounting departments to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
- Track lease maturities, manage lease-end processes, and proactively engage clients for renewal or upgrade opportunities by scheduling appointments.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, lender guidelines, and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field highly preferred.
- 2+ years experience in automotive finance, banking, or portfolio management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) highly preferred
- Understanding of leasing, loans, and financial compliance
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Friendly and professional attitude with a customer-service mindset
