We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a team-oriented environment focused on excellence, growth, and integrity.We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our service team. The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the service department, ensuring an outstanding customer experience, maintaining high productivity, and meeting performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead service advisors, technicians, and support staff to achieve department goals
- Monitor workflow and ensure timely and accurate completion of service work
- Foster a customer-focused environment that drives satisfaction and retention
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal departments, vendors, and customers
- Ensure compliance with OEM standards and dealership policies
- Track and manage service department financials including gross profit, expenses, and CSI scores
- Recruit, train, and develop service department personnel
- Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager in an automotive dealership environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- In-depth knowledge of automotive service operations and manufacturer guidelines
- Proficiency with DMS software (CDK or similar)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
